How can you resolve this?
Follow the steps below to ensure a clean installation:
- Sign in to your computer using an account with administrator privileges.
- Download the Trend Micro Uninstall Tool HERE.
- Double-click the downloaded file, then click Yes when the User Account Control window appears.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the removal process.
- Once finished, run the Trend Micro installer again. If you need the latest installer, download it here.
