Your Trend Micro program on Windows cannot remove or clean malware it detects.

Why did this happen?

A Trend Micro program needs more information to analyze the detected threat.

How do I fix this?

Submit Software Logs to Trend Micro Support:

  1. Press Windows ⊞ and R keys at the same time to open Run.
  2. In the Open field, type supporttool.exe, then click OK.
  3. When the User Account Control window appears, click Yes. This will open the Trend Micro Diagnostic Toolkit.
  4. Click the (B) Threats tab.
  5. Click Generate Malicious Software Logs.

    The Support ID will appear below Stop Collecting Malicious Software Logs.

  6. Wait until you see this message:

    "Log Information Collected.
    You have successfully sent the logs to Trend Micro."

  7. Contact our Technical Support, then give the engineer your Support ID.
