Your Trend Micro program on Windows cannot remove or clean malware it detects.
Why did this happen?
A Trend Micro program needs more information to analyze the detected threat.
How do I fix this?
Submit Software Logs to Trend Micro Support:
- Press Windows ⊞ and R keys at the same time to open Run.
- In the Open field, type supporttool.exe, then click OK.
- When the User Account Control window appears, click Yes. This will open the Trend Micro Diagnostic Toolkit.
- Click the (B) Threats tab.
- Click Generate Malicious Software Logs.
The Support ID will appear below Stop Collecting Malicious Software Logs.
- Wait until you see this message:
"Log Information Collected.
You have successfully sent the logs to Trend Micro." - Contact our Technical Support, then give the engineer your Support ID.
