The Password Manager Toolbar or icon does not appear in your browser.

This happens when Password Manager's browser extension is not properly installed or enabled.

Enable Password Manager Toolbar in Google Chrome

  1. Open Google Chrome.
  2. Click the Google Chrome menu.
  3. Click on More Tools > Extensions.
  4. Tick the Enable box for Password Manager.

Enable Password Manager Toolbar in Mozilla Firefox

  1. Open your Mozilla Firefox browser.
  2. Click Tools ,then click Add-ons.


  3. Select Extensions.


  4. Click Enable beside Password Manager Extension.
  5. Click Restart now and wait for Mozilla Firefox to restart.

Enable Password Manager Toolbar in Internet Explorer

  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. Click Tools > Internet Options.
  3. Go to Programs > Manage add-ons. This will open the Manage Add-ons window.
  4. Click Toolbars and Extensions.
  5. Enable the Password Manager Helper Objects.
    1. Click Password Manager Toolbar, then click Enable.
    2. Click Password Manager BHO, then click Enable.
  6. Click Close.
  7. Close all open Internet Explorer windows.
  8. Open Internet Explorer, you should now see the Password Manager icon.

Enable Password Manager Toolbar in Apple Safari

  1. Open Safari.
  2. Choose Safari > Preferences.

    Go to Safari > Preferences

  3. Click Extensions.
  4. Select Trend Micro DirectPass.
  5. Click the Enable Trend Micro DirectPass checkbox.
  6. Close all open Safari windows.
  7. Open Safari, you should now see the Password Manager icon.

Enable Password Manager Toolbar in Microsoft Edge

  1. Open New Microsoft Edge.
  2. Click Get Extension from the popup at the right side of the screen.
  3. Click Install Extension.
