After installing Trend Micro ID Protection, you might not see the ID Protection icon on your browser toolbar. This usually means the extension is installed but not yet enabled.

🧐 Why did this happen?

  • The ID Protection extension hasn’t been turned on yet.
  • The icon is hidden in your browser’s extensions menu.
  • The extension was disabled manually or by a recent browser update.

When the extension is off or hidden, the ID Protection icon won’t show beside the address bar.
