Schedule a scan on your preferred day and time convenient on when you use your Mac.​

  1. Open Trend Micro Antivirus.
  2. Click the Scans tab.

  3. Click Change Settings beside Scan Preferences.

  4. Ensure Enabled Scheduled Scans is checked, then set the time and target for your scheduled scan.
    • Recommended Files - scans places where threats are likely to hide
    • All files on your Mac - scans all items in your computer
    • Only the files that you select - specify which files will be scanned

  5. Click OK to apply changes.

    Click OK to apply changes

    If you are unable to make changes to the program, click the padlock icon to unlock the settings.
