When checking the program's expiry date, it shows the incorrect month, day and year.
Why did this happen?
You may have just renewed your subscription and the Trend Micro program usually updates its subscription information within 24 to 48 hours.
What should I do next?
Wait for at least 2 days for it to update on your program and Trend Micro account.
It remains unchanged after 2 days.
You may have a new activation code for your subscription. Simply activate the new activation code found in the Activation Email, which is sent separately from your Invoice Email.
NOTE: Activation Code is the same as Serial Number.
If you see a "Serial Number works for another edition" error message, you may have purchased a different version from the one installed on your computer.
