You receive the following error message from your Mobile Security app:

"Unable to Start"

Reinstall Mobile Security for Android app

  1. On your android device, open phone Settings.
  2. Tap Applications / Apps.
  3. Tap All apps, then tap Mobile Security.
  4. Tap Uninstall.
  5. Enter your password to continue the uninstallation.

    You will not be prompted for a password if you did not activate the Full Remote Wipe in Lost Device Protection.

  6. Tap OK.
  7. Wait until the uninstallation completes, then tap OK.
  8. Reinstall your Mobile Security for Android app.
