You receive the following error message from your Mobile Security app:
"Unable to Start"
Reinstall Mobile Security for Android app
- On your android device, open phone Settings.
- Tap Applications / Apps.
- Tap All apps, then tap Mobile Security.
- Tap Uninstall.
- Enter your password to continue the uninstallation.
You will not be prompted for a password if you did not activate the Full Remote Wipe in Lost Device Protection.
- Tap OK.
- Wait until the uninstallation completes, then tap OK.
- Reinstall your Mobile Security for Android app.
