Generating debug logs can help our Trend Micro Technical Support Experts diagnose product issues you experience on your Mac.
- Open Spotlight, type Trend Micro Antivirus Diagnostic Toolkit, then press RETURN.
The Trend Micro Antivirus Diagnostic Toolkit will open.
- Click Debugging.
- Click Start Monitoring.
- Enter your password to allow making changes.
- Replicate the steps you made when you encountered the issue or error.
- Click Collect Information. The Toolkit will create a log file.
- Click Open Folder to get the log file.
- Contact Technical Support to send these troubleshooting logs.
