Generating debug logs can help our Trend Micro Technical Support Experts diagnose product issues you experience on your Mac.

  1. Open Spotlight, type Trend Micro Antivirus Diagnostic Toolkit, then press RETURN.

  2. Click Debugging.

  3. Click Start Monitoring.

  4. Enter your password to allow making changes.

  5. Replicate the steps you made when you encountered the issue or error.
  6. Click Collect Information. The Toolkit will create a log file.
  7. Click Open Folder to get the log file.
  8. Contact Technical Support to send these troubleshooting logs.
