You see this error message when signing in:
Why did this happen?
- You mistyped or may have forgotten log in information.
- You bought the program through Best Buy or through your Internet Service Provider.
- You are yet to have a Trend Micro Account.
How do I fix this?
You can either:
- Retype your log in info. Ensure that there are no extra spaces or duplicate characters.
- Click Forgot Your Password? or Forgot which address you used before? to retrieve them.
- Contact Best Buy or your Internet Service Provider for your subscription information.
- Activate your license so you can create a Trend Micro Account.
