Why Did This Happen?

The Trend Micro program cannot automatically enable Windows Update.

What Should I Do Next?

Enable Windows Update manually:

  1. Click the Start ⊞, then go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update. You can also access it via the shortcut button below:

  2. Click Advanced options.
  3. Under Choose how updates are installed, select Automatic (recommended).
  4. Run a scan again.
