You are unable to complete the download of the Trend Micro program on your Windows PC.
Why did this happen?
You might not have Administrator privileges, have unstable Internet connection or your Windows is not compatible to install the program.
How do I fix this?
Install the program manually:
- Log onto your computer using an account with administrator privileges.
- Check if your computer meets the system requirements to run the program.
- Download the installer depending on your serial number:
- If it starts with an X, download the Maximum Security installer.
- If it starts with a P, download the Internet Security installer.
- If it starts with an A, download the Antivirus+ Security installer.
- Right-click the installer file, then select Run as administrator.
- Follow the prompts to proceed with the installation.
