For Windows PC
Activate Trend Micro Password on your Windows PC
- Open Password Manager.
- If you do not have Trend Micro log in yet:
- Click Create an account.
- Fill up the details needed, then click Next.
- Choose Provide your Premium version Activation Code.
- Type the activation code on the boxes, then click Next.
- Once the confirmation page appears, click Next.
- Fill up the details needed to create a Vault Password, then click Create.
- If you already have a Trend Micro Account:
- Sign in with your Trend Micro Account, then click Next.
- If you do not have Trend Micro log in yet:
- Click Open Password Manager.
If this is your first time using the program, click Install Browser Extension. - Type your Vault Password, then press ENTER.
For first time users, Password Manager will ask you to create a Vault Password.
For Mac
Activate Trend Micro Password on your Mac
- Open your web browser, then click the Password Manager icon.
- If you do not have Trend Micro log in yet:
- Click Create an account.
- Fill up the details needed, then click Next.
- Once the confirmation page appears, click Next.
- Fill up the details needed to create a Vault Password, then click Create.
- If you already have a Trend Micro Account:
- Sign in with your Trend Micro Account, then click Next.
- If you do not have Trend Micro log in yet:
- Click the Password Manager icon again on your web browser.
- Type your Vault Password, then click Unlock.
For first time users, Password Manager will ask you to create a Vault Password.
For mobile devices
Activate Trend Micro Password on your mobile device
- Go to https://pwm.trendmicro.com/.
- Tap Sign In.
- If you do not have Trend Micro log in yet:
- Tap Create an account.
- Fill up the details needed, then tap Create.
- Fill the details needed to create a Vault Password, then tap Create.
- If you already have a Trend Micro Account:
- Sign in with your Trend Micro Account.
- Type your Vault Password, then tap the Unlock button.
For first time users, Password Manager will ask you to create a Vault Password. - On the upper right corner of the page, tap the Menu button, then choose Settings.
- Tap Subscription Information.
- Type the activation code on the boxes provided, then tap Activate.
- If you do not have Trend Micro log in yet:
- Open the Password Manager app.
- Read the License Agreement, then tap the Accept and Continue button.
- Tap Sign in.
- Sign in with your Trend Micro Account.
- Type your Vault Password, then tap the Unlock.
