After installing Trend Micro Maximum Security on your Windows computer, you noticed that Trend Micro Password Manager was not installed, or updated.

Why did this happen?

The installer will skip installing Password Manager if it detects an existing one on your computer.

What should I do next?

  1. Click the Start , then go to Settings > Apps > Apps & Features. You can also access it via the shortcut button below:

  2. From the list, choose Trend Micro Password Manager, then click Uninstall.
  3. Restart the computer when asked.
  4. Install the latest version here.
