After clicking Do not show this again on a Trend Micro promotional pop-up, it keeps coming back.

Why did this happen?

A Trend Micro component (a browser checking scheduler) encountered a problem disabling the pop-up.

How do I fix this?

Run the hotfix below:

  1. Click the button below to download the hotfix:

    Download Hotfix

  2. Double-click Ti_1770_win_en_plugDaemonHost_hfb1846.exe.

    Click Yes when the User Account Control window appears.

  3. Follow the prompts to install the hotfix.
  4. Restart your computer to apply the changes.
