Why Did This Happen?
You tried to activate the program with an activation code that has reached its total number of allowed devices.
How Do I Fix This?
You can do either of the following:
Remove Protection on an Inactive Device
- Go to the Trend Micro Account portal via https://account.trendmicro.com/.
- Enter your email address and password, then click Sign In.
- Click the Licenses tab, then find your ongoing subscription.
- Click Manage Device +, then hover over the inactive device you want to remove protection from.
- Click the X icon on the upper right corner of the inactive device.
- Click Yes to confirm.
- Proceed to activate again on the device that shows the error message.
Purchase a New Subscription
- Select your country from the list below to visit the Trend Micro Online Store:
