If you don’t want Trend Micro ID Protection to remember your password for a certain website, you can easily exclude it. Here’s how:

🖥️ On Your Web Browser

  1. Open your web browser and go to the website you want to exclude.
  2. Sign in to that website as you normally do.
  3. After logging in, a small popup from Trend Micro ID Protection will appear asking if you want to save your password.
  4. Click Never for this site on the left side of the popup.
💡 Tip: Don’t click Save — choosing Never for this site tells ID Protection not to ask again for this website.

That website is now added to your Never Saved Passwords list. ID Protection will skip saving passwords for it in the future.

🔄 How to Allow ID Protection to Save Passwords for That Website Again

  1. Open your web browser and go to idprotect.trendmicro.com.
  2. Sign in with your Trend Micro Account.
  3. Click your Profile icon (upper right corner), then choose Settings from the dropdown menu.
  4. On the Settings page, click Vault from the left panel.
  5. Scroll down to find the Never Saved Passwords section.
  6. Check the box beside the website you want to remove, then click Remove.

✅ Once removed, ID Protection will ask again if you’d like to save your password the next time you sign in to that site.
