End of Life: September 30, 2014

End of Service: October 31, 2015

Is there a product similar to Online Guardian that I can get?

All of Online Guardian's Parental Control features were integrated into Maximum Security.

Online Guardian is now part of Trend Micro Security for Windows. Contact our Technical Support for further assistance.

How do I remove it?

  1. Click the Start , then go to Settings > Apps > Apps & Features. You can also access it via the shortcut button below:

  2. From the list of installed programs, click Trend Micro Online Guardian for Families, then click Uninstall.
  3. Wait for the uninstallation to finish, and then click Close.
  4. Click Yes to restart your computer.
