After renewing your Trend Micro subscription on your iPhone or iPad, the expiry remains the same.

Why did this happen?

You might be using a different Trend Micro account upon renewal or there are account server issues.

I renewed in-app

To resolve the issue, restore your recent purchase:

  1. On your device, launch the Mobile Security app.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Restore Purchase, then tap Check Now.


Make sure that you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to make the purchase.

I renewed online

To resolve the issue, sign in with your renewed account:

  1. On your device, launch the Mobile Security app.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Under Account & Registration > Account Control > Sign out.
  4. Provide your password, then tap Sign out.
  5. Under Account & Registration, tap Set Up Account.
  6. Select your account to sign in.

I received an "Unable to Restore Subscription" error

Tap Send Now, then contact our Trend Micro Representative for assistance.
