After renewing your Trend Micro protection on your iPhone or iPad, the expiry date is still the same.

Why did this happen?

You might be using a different Trend Micro account upon renewal or there are account server issues.

I renewed in-app.

Restore your recent purchase:

  1. Tap Mobile Security to open the app.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Restore Purchase, then tap Check Now.


Make sure that you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to make the purchase. Sign in with a different Apple ID if you need to.

I renewed online.

Sign in with your renewed account:

  1. Tap Mobile Security to open the app.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Under Account & Registration, tap Sign out.
  4. Provide your password, the tap Sign out.
  5. Under Account & Registration, tap Set Up Account.
  6. Select your account to sign in.

I get an error "Unable to Restore Subscription".
