What To Do Next
I Renewed In-App
To resolve the issue, restore your recent purchase:
- On your device, launch the Mobile Security app.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Restore Purchase, then tap Check Now.
Make sure that you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to make the purchase.
I Renewed Online
To resolve the issue, sign in with your renewed account:
- On your device, launch the Mobile Security app.
- Tap Settings.
- Under Account & Registration > Account Control > Sign out.
- Provide your password, then tap Sign out.
- Under Account & Registration, tap Set Up Account.
- Select your account to sign in.
