When did it reach its EOL/EOS?

  • End of Life: January 31, 2016
  • End of Service: January 31, 2017

Why was SafeSync for Home discontinued?

Trend Micro cannot feasibly adapt/update the service to meet the changing consumer needs, environment, and IT usage.

What happens to the stored files?

You can no longer access the files. All data stored in Cloud Storage has been purged.
