You can no longer print documents or files after installing Trend Micro Security on Windows.

Trend Micro may have blocked the printer driver from running.

How do I fix this?

Check if Trend Micro is causing the issue:

  1. Temporarily disable the Trend Micro program.
  2. Try to print any document.

    If the issue persists, Contact your printer manufacturer for assistance.

    Otherwise, add the printer driver to the Exception List.
