You can no longer print documents or files after installing Trend Micro Security on Windows.

Why did this happen?

Trend Micro may have blocked the printer driver from running.

How do I fix this?

Check if Trend Micro is causing the issue:

  1. Temporarily disable the Trend Micro program.
    1. Right-click the Trend Micro icon Trend Micro icon in the taskbar notification area, and then select Exit.
      If you cannot see it, click the Show hidden icons arrow ^ next to the notification area.
    2. Wait for the icon to disappear.
  2. Try to print any document, again.

If the issue persists

Add the printer driver to the Exception List. Otherwise, contact your printer manufacturer for assistance.
