Nothing happens when tapping the Trend Micro Mobile Security app on your iOS devices. You cannot open or launch the app.
Why did this happen?
Your iPhone or iPad is updated to the latest iOS version and the Mobile Security currently installed is not yet compatible.
How do i fix this?
Upgrade the app manually:
- Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.
- Search for Trend Micro Mobile Security.
- Tap the Update button beside TM Mobile Security.
If instead you see the Open button, it means it is already running in the latest version.
