Why did this happen?
You have two active Trend Micro subscriptions purchased online and from other merchant stores, like Best Buy.
What should I do next?
Check your Trend Micro account subscriptions:
- Make sure your Trend Micro for Best Buy license is registered to the same Trend Micro Account used to log in to Password Manager.
- Disable the Auto Renew setting of your Trend Micro for Best Buy license.
- Go to Trend Micro Account.
- Sign in using your email address and password.
- Click the Licenses tab, then click Cancel Subscription.
- Click the Stop Now button to confirm.
