The Mozilla Firefox profile is corrupted or has other content issues

What should I do next?

Reinstall the Password Manager Browser Extension in Firefox:

  1. Open Mozilla Firefox.
  2. Go to Menu ☰ > Add-Ons > Extensions.
  3. Click the Remove button beside Trend Micro Password Manager.
  4. Go to Menu ☰ > Options.
  5. Select Privacy & Security, then scroll down until you find Certificates.
  6. Click the View Certificates button.
  7. Click the Authorities tab. Click localhost under Trend Micro Password Manager, then click Delete or Distrust.
  8. On your keyboard, press the Windows + R keys at the same time to open the Run window.
  9. Type %LocalAppData%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\, then press ENTER.
  10. Delete the contents of the Profiles folder.
  11. Close Mozilla Firefox.
  12. Click this link to reinstall Trend Micro Password Manager on Mozilla Firefox.
