The Mozilla Firefox profile is corrupted or has other content issues
What should I do next?
Reinstall the Password Manager Browser Extension in Firefox:
- Open Mozilla Firefox.
- Go to Menu ☰ > Add-Ons > Extensions.
- Click the Remove button beside Trend Micro Password Manager.
- Go to Menu ☰ > Options.
- Select Privacy & Security, then scroll down until you find Certificates.
- Click the View Certificates button.
- Click the Authorities tab. Click localhost under Trend Micro Password Manager, then click Delete or Distrust.
- On your keyboard, press the Windows ⊞ + R keys at the same time to open the Run window.
- Type %LocalAppData%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\, then press ENTER.
- Delete the contents of the Profiles folder.
- Close Mozilla Firefox.
- Click this link to reinstall Trend Micro Password Manager on Mozilla Firefox.
