How to adjust notification settings (Home Network Security)

Learn how to adjust the notification settings of your Home Network Security app.

These settings are applied to all of the profiles and devices in the network.

Access App Notification Settings

1. On your mobile device, open Home Network Security app.
2. Tap the Menu icon.
3. Tap Settings.

   

4. Tap Notifications to adjust settings.

   

   Threat Blocking

   Network Attacks Blocked and Remote Access Protection Protection – gives you three options for the notifications.

   
   Product Information

   • Subscription Renewal - Toggle the switch to turn off renewal notifications for expiring license
   • Surveys - Toggle the switch to turn off renewal notifications for in-app surveys

   

Configure App Notification Settings

Security Warnings

Security Warnings for Home Network Security app is turned on by default. To adjust this setting:

1. Tap Security Warnings.
   • Network Attacks Blocked– gives you three options for the notifications. Select your desired notification type:

     

   • Dangerous Website Blocked– Toggle the switch to turn off notifications everytime a dangerous website is blocked.
   • Device Vulnerability Found – Toggle the switch to turn off notifications everytime device vulnerability is detected.
2. Tap the arrow icon at the upper left corner to save the changes.

New Devices Added

By default, notification whenever a new device joined the network is turned on. Toggle the switch to turn it off.
