Limit Reached error in Trend Micro Home Network Security

You see this pop up on your Trend Micro Home Network Security app:

"Limit Reached"

Why did this happen?

You are unable to add entries to the Approved List on your Home Network Security because you reached the maximum amount of approved websites saved.

How do I fix this?

Delete websites to add new ones:

1. From the error message, tap OK.
2. Go back to Menu , then tap Settings.
3. Select Family, then choose any profile with an Approved List entry.
4. Go to Parental Controls, then tap Filtering.
5. Tap Approved List.
6. Select the website you want to delete.
7. Tap Remove This Website.

I see a "Please empty an Approved List" error

You need to remove all the websites from a family member entry in order to create a new Approved List.

1. From the error message, tap OK.
2. Go back to Menu , then tap Settings.
3. Select Family, then choose any profile with an Approved List entry.
4. Go to Parental Controls, then tap Filtering.
5. Tap Approved List.
6. Remove all the websites from the list.
