After installing Trend Micro Password Manager you cannot add its extensions in Google Chrome. When clicking Install Extension, nothing happens.

Why did this happen?

Password Manager extension is having compatibility issues with Google Chrome version 58.0

What should I do next?

Install Password browser extensions in Google Chrome manually:

  1. Open Google Chrome.
  2. Go to this link: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/trend-micro-password-mana/fokifklggehlihkifghafpekelcicmgl?utm_source=chrome-app-launcher-info-dialog.
  3. Click Add to Chrome, then click Add extension.
    If you still cannot add Password Manager, you may need to reinstall Google Chrome.
