Cannot add website to list in Trend Micro Home Network Security

"Cannot Add to Approved List"

Make sure to check the Denied List of all the members' profile under Family page.

1. Open the Trend Micro Home Network Security app.
2. Go to Family, then select the family member's profile.
3. Go to Parental Controls, then tap Filtering.
4. On the Filtering page, tap Set Exceptions.
5. Tap Denied List.
6. Select the website, then tap Remove from Denied List.
7. Go back to Parental Controls, then tap Threat Blocking.
8. Tap Web Threat Protection.
9. Select Approved List.
10. Click Add a new website, then type the website link.

"Cannot Add to Denied List"

1. Open the Trend Micro Home Network Security app.
2. Go to Family, then select the family member's profile.
3. Go to Parental Controls, then tap Threat Blocking.
4. Tap Web Threat Protection.
5. Select Approved List.
6. Select the website, then tap Remove from Approved List.
7. Go back to Parental Controls, then tap Filtering.
8. On the Filtering page, tap Set Exceptions.
9. Tap Denied List.
10. Click Add website, then type in the website link.

"Cannot Add to Allowed List"

1. Open the Trend Micro Home Network Security app.
2. Go to Family, then select the family member's profile.
3. Go to Parental Controls, then tap Filtering.
4. On the Filtering page, tap Set Exceptions.
5. Tap Denied List.
6. Select the website, then tap Remove from Denied List.
7. Tap the icon to go back to the Set Exceptions page, then select Allowed List.
8. Click Add website, then type the website link.
