Trend Micro Home Network Security allows you to add mobile devices in the Unmanaged Devices List to exempt them from scanning.
It is recommended to add devices on the list only if you wish to exempt it due to compatibility issues.
Add a device to the Unmanaged Devices List
Adding a device to Unmanaged Devices List will remove the protection from Home Network Security:
- On your mobile device, open the Home Network Security app.
- Tap the Menu icon you see on the upper left, then tap Settings.
- Under STATION tap Unmanaged Devices.
- Tap the Add Devices button.
