Trend Micro Home Network Security includes Remote Access Protection, which limits remote access on any devices trying to connect to your home network.
How Remote Access Protection works
Remote Access Protection requires certain permissions when a device joins your home network to prevent unauthorized access.
Enable Remote Access Protection
- On your mobile device, open the Home Network Security app.
- Tap the Menu icon you see on the upper left, then tap Settings.
- Under NETWORK AND SECURITY, tap Access Control.
- Choose Remote Access Protection.
- Turn ON Block Remote Access .
To turn it OFF , just tap the switch again.
