You notice that there are no Page Rating on the search results when using Google Chrome for Mac.

Why did this happen?

The Trend Micro Toolbar installed on Google Chrome is either a lower version or a version for a Windows computer.

What should I do next?

  1. Restart Google Chrome.
  2. Click the Trend Micro Toolbar.
  3. Put a check beside Rate Links on Web Pages.

If you still cannot see the Page Ratings, upgrade the Trend Micro Toolbar to its latest version:

  1. Open Google Chrome.
  2. Go to Chrome Menu ⋮ > More Tools > Extensions > Trend Micro Toolbar for Mac > Remove.
  3. Download the latest version here.
  4. Click the Add to Chrome button.

    If the button says Remove from Chrome, it means your toolbar is already installed.

  5. Make sure it is turned ON:
    Go to Chrome Menu ⋮ > More Tools > Extensions > Trend Micro Toolbar for Mac > ON.

  6. Click the Trend Micro Toolbar and put a check beside Rate Links on Web Pages.
