How to scan your home network with Trend Micro

Download, install and run Trend Micro HouseCall for Home Networks to scan your home network and connected devices.

Install Trend Micro HouseCall for Home Networks on Windows

1. Download Trend Micro HouseCall for Home Networks.
2. Double-click the installer file.
3. Click Yes when the User Account Control window appears.
4. Tick the checkbox to accept the terms of the license agreement.
5. Click Accept and Continue, then click Accept and Continue again to accept the license agreement. Wait for the installation to finish.
6. Once installed, click Scan to scan your home network.

   

Install Trend Micro HouseCall for Home Networks on Mac

1. Download Trend Micro HouseCall for Home Networks.
2. Click Get or the cloud icon to install the app.
3. Enter your Mac password when prompted.
4. Click Allow to allow notifications from HouseCall for Home Networks.
5. When prompted, click Accept and Continue to accept the license agreement. Wait for the installation to finish.
6. Once installed, click Scan to scan your home network.
