Trend Micro Housecall includes the following modules which, when enabled, will cause the corresponding data to be transmitted to Trend Micro. Each of these modules can be disabled as shown below:

Smart Feedback

DESCRIPTION

Trend Micro Smart Feedback shares anonymous threat information with the Smart Protection Network, allowing Trend Micro to rapidly identify and address new threats.

Disabling Smart Feedback prevents the transmission of data to Trend Micro Smart Protection Network but will not impact the ability of Housecall to detect malicious activities.

DESCRIPTION

To detect all of the devices connected to your home network and check them for security risks. The collected data will be automatically removed after 3 years.
