After setting up Home Network Security, some devices may encounter network issues. Follow these steps to make sure everything is okay.

Make sure your device can connect to the network
  1. Open your Home Network Security app.
  2. Tap the Menu icon.
  3. Tap Devices, then choose a device.
  4. Tap Settings, then make sure "Connect to the Network" is enabled.
Find the optimal mode for your device
  1. Open your Home Network Security app.
  2. Tap the Menu icon.
  3. Tap Settings.
  4. Tap Station Configuration.
