You received this error because your app is not updated or you are using an incorrect subscription.
For Windows and Mac
- Launch the Trend Micro app.
- Click the menu icon at the top right corner.
- Under Account and Subscription, click Transfer a Subscription to this Device.
- Select Not Yet Installed.
- Click OK.
For Android and iPhone/iPad
- Open the Trend Micro app.
- Tap the menu icon, then tap Settings.
- Under Account and Subscription, tap Transfer a subscription to this device.
- Select Not Yet Installed.
- Click OK.
