Fix "Expiry date not updated" error from VPN Proxy One Pro

You received this error because your app is not updated or you are using an incorrect subscription.

For Windows and Mac

1. Launch the Trend Micro app.
2. Click the menu icon at the top right corner.
3. Under Account and Subscription, click Transfer a Subscription to this Device.
4. Select Not Yet Installed.
5. Click OK.

For Android and iPhone/iPad

1. Open the Trend Micro app.
2. Tap the menu icon, then tap Settings.
3. Under Account and Subscription, tap Transfer a subscription to this device.
4. Select Not Yet Installed.
5. Click OK.
