For Trend Micro Antivirus One to have permission to specific system application folders and resources, you must allow Full Disk Access.
What is Full Disk Access?
Full Disk Access is a security feature, introduced in macOS Mojave, that requires apps to have full permission to access user-protected files.
In previous versions, this permission was given automatically to all apps during installation. If not enabled, some data on Mac will not be accessible.
