Download the Support Tool by clicking the download button below:

Download SupportTool.app

Open Support Tool zip file

Open the Support Tool zip file and when it asks you for the password, the password is Novirus1

Run Support Tool

Just in case it will not open successfully, please check the System Preferences > Security and Privacy > General Tab and allow it to run.

  1. Here is the sample window that will appear.

  2. Click on Open Anyway.

  3. Once you open the Support Tool app, click Collect Debug Information button.

  4. Save the file.

  5. Look for the DebugInfo.plist, then open the file.
