- Download the Support Tool

Download the Support Tool by clicking the download button below:
- Open Support Tool zip file

Open the Support Tool zip file and when it asks you for the password, the password is Novirus1
- Run Support Tool

Just in case it will not open successfully, please check the System Preferences > Security and Privacy > General Tab and allow it to run.
- Here is the sample window that will appear.
- Click on Open Anyway.
- Once you open the Support Tool app, click Collect Debug Information button.
- Save the file.
- Look for the DebugInfo.plist, then open the file.
