Purchase Trend Micro Antivirus One manually

  1. Check if you have a stable Internet connection.
  2. Check if your credit card is still valid and has enough funds.
  3. Restart your Mac.
  4. Open Trend Micro Antivirus One, then click the crown icon to proceed with the purchase.

Re-install Antivirus One

  1. Right click the icon of Antivirus One and click Quit.
  2. Open Finder and click Application.
  3. Right click Antivirus One and click Move to Trash.
  4. Note: If you receive "The item Antivirus One can’t be moved to the Trash because some of its extensions are in use.", quit Safari.

  5. Delete remaining files of Antivirus One.
    1. Click Go on the menu bar and click Go to Folder.
    2. Type "~/Library/Containers", then click on Go.
    3. Look for the folder "com.trendmicro.DrSafety" and move it to the Trash.
  6. Empty the Trash and restart the device.
  7. Open App Store and search for Antivirus One and install.
  8. Note: Make sure the same Apple ID used in the purchase is signed in.
