Open the Settings app to check your device information:

1. Tap About phone.
2. Take note of your device name.
   

Open the Settings app to check your iOS information:

1. Tap General.
2. Tap About. It will show the device info, including the device name.
   

1. Click the Start button, then go to Settings > About. You can also access it via the shortcut button below:

   Check device name
   

1. Go to > System Preferences > Sharing.
2. Check your computer name at the top of Sharing Preferences.
