Your licenses are important because they allow you to use the software you’ve purchased. After logging in to your Trend Micro Account, you may notice that not all your licenses are visible, especially if you're using a mobile device.

What Happened?

If you can’t see some of your licenses, it may be due to how you're accessing your account. Using a mobile device can sometimes hide certain details.

How to View All Your Trend Micro Licenses

  1. Tap Menu ≡, then tap Licenses.
  2. Tap the Show all licenses dropdown list to see your active and expired subscriptions.


Note: If you have a Cleaner One Pro Activation Code that starts with the letter Q, it won’t show up in your Trend Micro Account because you don’t need an account to activate it. You can find it through Activation Info instead.

Want to Remove Expired Licenses from Your Account?

Once a license is activated, it stays linked to your account, even if it’s expired. While you can’t remove it, you can choose to hide expired licenses so that your view is clearer and focuses on the active ones.

How to Hide Expired Licenses from Your Account

  1. Sign in to your Trend Micro Account
    You will be taken directly to the License tab.
  2. Click Show all licenses, then choose Show active licenses only to see just the licenses you can use.
