If You Cannot See All Licenses in Your Trend Micro Account

Your licenses allow you to activate and use the Trend Micro products you’ve purchased. After signing in to your Trend Micro Account, you may notice that some subscriptions or licenses are missing, especially when accessing your account on a mobile device.

This article explains why this happens and how to view all your licenses.

Why Can’t I See All My Licenses?

You may not see all your licenses for one or more of the following reasons:

• You are viewing your account on a mobile device, which may hide certain details
• Your expired licenses are filtered out from the default view
• The license is linked to a different email address
• The product uses an activation code that does not require a Trend Micro account (such as Cleaner One Pro with a “Q” code)

How to View All Your Trend Micro Licenses

💻 Using a Desktop or Laptop (Recommended)

1. Sign in to your Trend Micro Account.
2. You will be taken directly to the Licenses tab.
3. Click the Show all licenses dropdown.
4. Select Show all licenses to view both active and expired subscriptions.

📱 Using a Mobile Device

1. Sign in to your Trend Micro Account.
2. Tap Menu ≡.
3. Tap Licenses.
4. Tap the Show all licenses dropdown.
5. Select Show all licenses.

Note: If you have a Cleaner One Pro activation code starts with the letter “Q”, it will not appear in your Trend Micro Account. This product does not require an account for activation. Instead, you can view your license details through Activation Info.

Can I Remove Expired Licenses From My Account?

Once a license is activated, it remains linked to your account even after it expires. While expired licenses cannot be deleted, you can hide them to make your account easier to manage. Here are the steps on how to do it:

1. Sign in to your Trend Micro Account.
2. Go to the Licenses tab.
3. Click Show all licenses.
4. Select Show active licenses only.
5. This will display only the licenses you can currently use.
