You noticed the Password Manager browser extension does not appear on the Pay Guard browser.

Why did this happen?

The browser extension is not installed or enabled properly.

How do I fix this

Reinstall the Password Manager extension on your browsers.

For Google Chrome

  1. Open Trend Micro Pay Guard.
  2. Go to this link: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/trend-micro-password-mana/kaffppakcklmjfiddopllbpmlecnjimc.
  3. Click Add to Chrome, then click Add extension.


For Mozilla Firefox

  1. Open Trend Micro Pay Guard.
  2. Go to this link: https://pwm.trendmicro.com/installExtension/firefox?PB=1.
  3. Click Install Extension, then click Continue to Installation.
  4. Click Add, then click Okay, Got It.


For Microsoft Edge

  1. Open Microsoft Edge.
  2. Get the extension from this link:
    https://pwm.trendmicro.com/installExtension/edge.
  3. Click Install Extension. This will open a new tab.
  4. Click Allow extensions from other stores, then select Allow.
  5. Select Add to Chrome, then select Add extension.
