Stop receiving email notifications

  • Turn off email flags in GCSW
    1. Search for customer's account in GCSW
    2. Click the email address to view the account details
    3. Click Edit Account Info:
    4. Under Customer Information, turn OFF the following flags:
    5. Indicate the reason for updating including the case ID:
    6. Click Save Account Info to save the changes:

Step 1: DR Personal Info Removal

  1. Properly authenticate the customer’s email address and identify the associated order number(s).
  2. Look up the order / customer’s name in DRGC Tool and click on the “Request Removal of Personal Information” button.
  3. By clicking this button, it will automatically log the request in our internal privacy tracker tool and send an email communication to the customer.
  4. Case can be considered as close and no further action is needed by the support team.

  1. Properly authenticate the customer’s email address and identify the associated order number(s).
  2. Submit request to privacy@digitalriver.com.
  3. The request must include:
    • The order number(s)
      NOTE: Do not include any personal data (personally identifiable information). By providing only the order number, you meet the data protection principle of communicating only the information needed to accomplish the task and reducing the risk of sharing personal data.
    • The date of the original request by the customer
    NOTE: This information will be recorded in our internal privacy tracker tool for audit purposes and to ensure requests are fulfilled within the applicable time-period.
  4. Case can be considered as close and no further action is needed by the support team.
