Your Home Network Security app is showing a Guardian app is inactive and cannot be used.
"Unable to use the Guardian app."
This error happens because the device is not yet assigned to any Home Network Security profile.
Add Device to the List
- On your mobile device, open the Home Network Security App.
- Tap the Menu icon.
- Tap Devices.
- Tap the device you want to assign.
- Tap Owner.
- Choose an existing profile or tap Add Someone to create a new profile.
