You see this error message on your Trend Micro Home Network Security app:
"Unable to use the Guardian app"
Why did this happen?
Your child's mobile device is not yet assigned to the Home Network Security Profile List.
What should I do next?
Add the device to the Profile List:
- Open the Home Network Security app on your device.
- Tap the Menu icon you see on the upper left, then tap Devices.
- Tap your child's device.
- Tap Owner, then choose an existing profile.
You can also tap Add Someone to create a new profile.
