Your Home Network Security app is showing an error message that the Guardian app is inactive and cannot be used.
This error happens because the device has no Internet connection, or the Guardian app is not installed yet.
Check if Trend Micro Guardian is Properly Installed
- Make sure your child's device has an active Wi-Fi or data connection (3G/4G/LTE) and can browse online.
- On your child's device, check the Guardian app if installed already.
