The Trend Micro Toolbar can still run in InPrivate Browsing on Microsoft Edge to warn you about any security risks associated with the websites you try to visit.

Open Microsoft Edge.
Go to Microsoft Edge Menu > Extensions.
Look for Trend Micro Security, then click the button.
Check the box beside Allow for InPrivate browsing.
