To find out how much Trend Micro will charge you when you renew your subscription, follow these steps:

If your subscription is enrolled in Auto Renewal

  • Check your email inbox for an email with these information about your next charge:
    • Subject: Auto Renewal Reminder
    • Sender: no-reply@store.trendmicro.com
  • If you can’t find the Auto Renewal Email Reminder, look in your Spam or Junk email folders.

If your subscription is NOT enrolled in Auto Renewal

You may manually renew your subscription to check the cost:

  1. Go to your Trend Micro Account page and sign in with your account details.
  2. Under the License tab, find the subscription you want to renew.

  3. Click or tap the Renew Now button next to your activation code to see the renewal price.
