Learn how to extend the license of your Mobile Security for iOS app using another license.
Extend subscription/license using the Lost Device Portal
- Go to Lost Device Portal.
- Tap Find Now.
- Sign in with your Trend Micro account.
- Tap the mobile phone icon to display the list of devices under your account.
- From the list, tap Device Detail.
- You can do either of the following:
- If you already have an activation code, Tap Enter Activation Code.
- If you do not have an activation code, Tap Renew Now.
- Enter your new activation code, then tap OK.
Extend subscription/license using the Activation Portal
Use this feature only if:
- A different license is currently registered on your Mobile Security App.
- The activation code is not a Trend Micro Maximum/Premium Security license.
- Go to Activation Portal.
- Enter your new activation code, then click Next.
- Sign in with your Trend Micro account.
- Click Next to display the list of devices under your account.
- Select the device you want to renew the subscription for by clicking Renew.
- Click OK to confirm the renewal.
- You will receive a confirmation page and your app's expiry date will be updated.
