Learn how to extend the license of your Mobile Security for iOS app using another license.


Extend subscription/license using the Lost Device Portal

  1. Go to Lost Device Portal.
  2. Tap Find Now.
  3. Sign in with your Trend Micro account.
  4. Tap the mobile phone icon to display the list of devices under your account.
  5. From the list, tap Device Detail.
  6. You can do either of the following:
    • If you already have an activation code, Tap Enter Activation Code.
    • If you do not have an activation code, Tap Renew Now.
  7. Enter your new activation code, then tap OK.​

Extend subscription/license using the Activation Portal

Use this feature only if:

  • A different license is currently registered on your Mobile Security App.
  • The activation code is not a Trend Micro Maximum/Premium Security license.
  1. Go to Activation Portal.
  2. Enter your new activation code, then click ​Next.
  3. Sign in with your Trend Micro account.
  4. Click ​Next​ to display the list of devices under your account.
  5. Select the device you want to renew the subscription for by clicking ​Renew.
  6. Click ​OK ​to confirm the renewal.
  7. You will receive a confirmation page and your app's expiry date will be updated.
