If you want to keep your iOS/iPadOS devices protected against threats, renew the registered Trend Micro activation key on your Mobile Security app.

  1. Go to our Trend Micro Product Activation portal.
  2. Enter your activation key.
  3. Put a check beside I have read and agree to the Trend Micro License Agreement, then click Next.
  4. Enter your Trend Micro Account Password, then click ​Next.
  5. Click the Get Started button.
  6. Tap the Licenses tab, then tap Renew Now button beside the Activation key you entered.
  7. Follow the instructions to complete the purchase.
    Your new account expiry date will update within 24 to 48 hours.
