  6. Tap Buy/Activate.
  7. Sign in to your Trend Micro Account.

I already have new Activation Code/Serial Number, how do I activate my Mobile Security?

  1. Go to the Activation Portal.
  2. Type your activation code, then tap Next.
  3. Sign in to your Trend Micro Account.
  4. Fill-in the required information, then tap Next.

  3. After signing out, sign in again using your Trend Micro account.
  4. Check if the issue persists. If yes, go back to Settings, then click Restore Purchase.
