You see this error message when pairing your Trend Micro Home Network Security app to the Station:

Incorrect Pairing Code. Please check your Pairing Code and try again.

Why did this happen?

You either entered a different pairing code or mistyped the pairing code.

How do I fix this?

  1. Find your pairing code depending on how you got our product:
    • For pairing codes already activated, log in to your Trend Micro Account to look for your pairing code.
    • For online purchases, look for your pairing code on the Order Confirmation Email.
    • For retail purchases, look for your pairing code on the sticker found on the product box.
  2. Enter the correct pairing code.
  3. Tap Next.
