You receive the following notification on your Home Network Security:
"Incorrect Pairing Code
Please check your Pairing Code and try again. (Error code: ---)"
This notification occurs when you entered an incorrect pairing code.
This issue happens in any of the following scenarios:
- You entered a different pairing code.
- You mistyped the pairing code.
- Find your pairing code:
- For pairing codes already activated, look for your pairing code by logging in to your Trend Micro Account.
- For online purchases, look for your pairing code on the Order Confirmation Email.
- For retail purchases, look for your pairing code on the sticker found on the product box.
- Enter the correct pairing code.
- Tap Next.
