You receive the following notification on your Home Network Security:

"Incorrect Pairing Code
Please check your Pairing Code and try again. (Error code: ---)"

This notification occurs when you entered an incorrect pairing code.

This issue happens in any of the following scenarios:

  • You entered a different pairing code.
  • You mistyped the pairing code.

Provide Correct Pairing Code

  1. Find your pairing code:
    • For pairing codes already activated, look for your pairing code by logging in to your Trend Micro Account.
    • For online purchases, look for your pairing code on the Order Confirmation Email.
    • For retail purchases, look for your pairing code on the sticker found on the product box.
  2. Enter the correct pairing code.
  3. Tap Next.
