Submit Troubleshooting Logs to Trend Micro
- On your mobile device, open Home Network Security app.
- Replicate the issue, then take note of the timestamp.
- Tap the Menu icon.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Send Troubleshooting Logs.
- Take note of Support ID, then send the logs using your mobile device's email application.
