End of Support (EOS) marks the date that the service and support for Mobile Security for Amazon Kindle will be terminated. Users will not be able to download their data and technical support will NOT be available after EOS.

When did Mobile Security for Amazon Kindle reach its EOL/EOS Date?

Mobile Security for Amazon Kindle has reached its End of Life (EOL) on October 13, 2017 and its End of Support (EOS) on January 2019.

My product has reached its EOL but my subscription has not yet expired. What can I do?

Do not worry. You can continue using your subscription on the same device as long as you have Mobile Security installed. You will be using the same serial number which means that your expiration date remains the same.
