You encounter the following message on some features of Trend Micro Security for Microsoft Edge for Best Buy:
"Not yet activated"
This happens when you have signed in using your existing Trend Micro account but your current subscription does not work for Trend Micro Security for Microsoft Edge for Best Buy.
Activate Security for Microsoft Edge Manually
- Access the Activation Portal.
- Type your activation code, then click Next.
- Create your Trend Micro Account.
- Fill out the required information, then click Next.
Complete the activation by the doing the following:
- Open Trend Micro Security for Microsoft Edge.
- Click Sign in, then enter your Trend Micro Account.
